• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials
• Story content: names, relationships, life events, dedications, and preferences you submit for song creation
• Generated content: lyrics, style selections, and song metadata
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we store order references, not full card numbers
• Usage data: share link views, session cookies, and technical logs for security and reliability

• Provide and improve the song creation, checkout, and sharing experience
• Generate lyrics and music using AI subprocessors, as described in this Privacy Policy
• Process payments and fulfill purchased packages
• Enforce our Community Guidelines and protect the platform from abuse
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

To create a song, your story content is sent to third-party AI providers (listed under Subprocessors) to generate lyrics and music. This processing is described in this Privacy Policy. When you create an account, agreeing to our Privacy Policy constitutes your consent to this AI processing. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account; previously generated content may be retained as described in our retention section.

We use the following categories of service providers:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and session storage (United States (configurable))
• Stripe — Payment processing (United States)
• Anthropic — AI lyrics generation (when configured) (United States)
• OpenAI — AI lyrics generation (optional fallback) (United States)
• APIframe / Suno — AI music generation (United States)
• Vercel — Application hosting (United States)

• Contract: providing the service you request
• Consent: AI processing of personal stories and optional marketing
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and service improvement
• Legal obligation: tax, payment, and regulatory record-keeping

• Account and song content: retained while your account is active
• Payment records: retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution
• Security logs: typically retained for up to 90 days unless needed for an investigation
• Deleted accounts: personal profile and song content removed; anonymized order records may be retained

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access and export your personal data (available in your dashboard)
• Correct inaccurate information in your profile or drafts
• Delete your account and associated personal content
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required by law.

LifesTune is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
