Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LifesTuneat https://www.mylifestune.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

LifesTune allows you to submit personal stories and preferences to generate customized lyrics and songs. Features vary by package. AI-generated output may require review and revision. We do not guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations on the first attempt.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.

• You retain ownership of the stories and information you submit
• You grant LifesTune a license to process your content to provide the service, including sending it to AI and music generation partners
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content and names included in your songs
• You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content

Paid packages are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Because songs are personalized digital goods generated on demand, refunds are generally not available once generation has begun, except where required by law or at our discretion for service failures. Chargebacks for fulfilled orders may result in account suspension.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass payment controls, scrape or overload our systems, or use LifesTune to create hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

LifesTune branding, software, and platform design are our property. Generated songs are licensed to you for personal use according to your purchased package. Commercial use requires our prior written permission unless explicitly included in your package.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifesTune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LifesTune operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Contact support@mylifestune.com for questions.
